IRCTC declares interim dividend of Rs. 3.50

The Board of Directors of Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Ltd (IRCTC) at its meeting held on Thursday, February 9, 2023, has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 3.50/- per share on Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year 2022-23 (i.e., @175% of the paid-up share capital amounting to Rs. 160 cr.).

The board has fixed Wednesday, February 22, 2023 as record date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend of the Financial Year 2022-23.
