IRCON International Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 1.80

The Board of Directors of IRCON International Ltd at their meeting held on Wednesday, 08th February, 2023 has declared an interim dividend of Rs.1.80 per equity share on the face value of Rs.2/- each (90% of the paid up equity share capital) for the financial year 2022-23.

The record date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend for the financial year 2022-23 would be Friday, 17th February, 2023. The Interim Dividend will be paid from Tuesday, 28th February, 2023 onwards.

Shares of Ircon International Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 57.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 56.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 520204 in over 3368 trades.
