Jet Freight Logistics Limited allots rights shares

Pursuant to the finalization of the basis of allotment of the Rights Issue as approved by National Stock Exchange of India Limited, the designated stock exchange, for the Issue on 07.02.2023, the Rights Issue Committee of Board of Directors at its meeting held on February 07, 2023 has considered and approved the allotment of 2,32,01,892 Rights Equity Shares fully paid up at an issue price of Rs. 16.25 per Rights Equity Share to the eligible allottees in the Issue.
