Astec LifeSciences Ltd has sold vacant office premises in Mumbai

Astec LifeSciences Limited has, vide Sale Deed dated today, i.e., 12th March, 2025, sold the vacant office premises of the Company situated at 274, Elite Square Co-op. Hsg. Society, Perin Nariman Street, Fort, Mumbai - 400 001.

As no operations of the Company were carried out at the premises sold, the said sale will not have any impact on the business operations of the Company. Further, the said sale has been made to unrelated buyer.

Shares of Astec LifeSciences Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 654.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 692.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4655 in over 689 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 743.40 and intraday low of 650.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3106973.00.
