The Board of Directors of City Pulse Multiplex Limited at its meeting held on 12th March, 2025 and discussed that the Company is in process to acquisition of an I.T.Company which is engaged in business of providing Online literatures access in various languages and willing to expand its business. The company will announced the details about this acquisition as early as possible.

Shares of City Pulse Multiplex Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1270.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1208.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3000 in over 15 trades.
