Umiya Buildcon Limited (Formerly known as MRO-TEK Realty Limited) proposes to enter into partnership with Indra Hotels (Mysore) Private Limited. The partnership firm will be a Special Purpose Vehicle for the purpose of carrying out a specific real estate project in North Bangalore.
