GOODRICKE GROUP Ltd to sell specified assets of Chulsa Tea Estate

GOODRICKE GROUP Ltd has executed an Agreement for Sale with M/s. Chulsa Tea Ventures LLP for the transfer of Estates, Bearer Plants, and Specified Assets comprising in Chulsa Tea Estate.

The execution of this Agreement follows the completion of a due diligence process conducted by Mr. Paras Gandhi, Designated Partner of M/s Chulsa Tea Ventures LLP. Upon execution, possession of the aforesaid assets has been duly transferred to the Purchaser. The transfer of leasehold rights over the land remains subject to the approval of the Competent Authority of the Government of West Bengal.

Shares of GOODRICKE GROUP LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 173.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 169.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8789 in over 139 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 179.75 and intraday low of 170.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1544499.00.
