Abans Holdings Ltd updates on investment, acquisition

The Board of Directors of Abans Holdings Limited at its meeting held on 23rd January, 2023 have considered and approved the alteration of the main object clause of Memorandum of Association (MOA) i.e. Clause of III A of MOA.

The board approved acquisition of 98% equity shareholding of Abans Investment Managers Private Limited, a Company incorporated under Companies Act, 2013, owned by our promoter and Managing Director Mr. Abhishek Bansal, at a consideration as per the valuation report.

The board also approved investment in Abans Finance Private Limited, subsidiary Company, as per object of the issue of Initial Public Offer of the Company.

Shares of Abans Holdings Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 258.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 270.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3595 in over 363 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 271.80 and intraday low of 250.40. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 937438.00.
