SAL STEEL Limited board to consider preferential issue on Jan 20, 2023

A Meeting of the Board of Directors of SAL STEEL Limited will be held on Friday, January 20, 2023, to consider the issuance of Equity Shares of the Company or Convertible Warrants or any other securities to Promoters / Non Promoters permitted under the law by way of preferential issue, subject to such approvals as may be required under applicable laws.

The board will consider proposal to appoint Practicing Company Secretary to act as the scrutinizer for the purpose of e-voting and postal ballot voting and to appoint registered valuer, if required and any other matter with permission of the Board.
