Mercury Metals Ltd to change name as Mercury EV-Tech Ltd

The board of directors of the company have considered and approved change in name of the Company from "MERCURY METALS LIMITED" to "MERCURY EV-TECH LIMITED or any other name as may be approved by Central Registration Centre, Ministry of Corporate Affairs and subject to necessary approval.

The board also considered and approved the related party transaction entered or to be entered with its subsidiary Company viz. Powermetz Energy Private Limited for purchase / sale of goods, services and/or any other business activities upto Rs. 50 Crore per annum subject to necessary approval.

Shares of Mercury Metals Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 13.78 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 13.13. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1749182 in over 1274 trades.
