DBL-Siarmal Coal Mines Private Limited, wholly owned subsidiary of Dilip Buildcon Ltd has received the letter of appointed date from the Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (Authority) and had declared January 02, 2023 as an appointed date.

The scope is Mine Developer cum Operator for Development and operation of Siarmal open Cast Project in Sundergarh district of Odisha.
