Steel Strips Wheels Ltd's promoters continue to release pledged shares

The company has announced that the promoters along with the persons acting in concert holds 97974020 equity shares in Steel Strips Wheels Limited, which is 62.60% of the total paid up capital of the company and out of which 15418530 equity shares were pledged which is 9.85% of total paid up capital of the company and 15.74% of total promoter shareholding.

On 31.12.2022, 1800000 shares were released from pledge. Accordingly, now the total number of shares pledged has reduced to 13618530 which is 8.70% of the total paid up capital of the company and 13.90% of the total promoter shareholding.
