CL Educate Ltd allots 2,75,34,156 bonus equity shares

2,75,34,156 equity shares of face value Rs.5/- each of CL Educate Limited have been allotted as fully paid-up bonus equity shares on December 19, 2022 to the Equity Shareholders of the Company whose names appeared in the Register of Members and Register of Beneficial Owners - as per the particulars obtained from National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL)- as on Friday, December 16, 2022, being the 'Record Date' fixed for this purpose.

The bonus equity shares so allotted shall rank pari-passu in all respects with the existing fully paid-up equity shares of the Company. Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the revised paid-up share capital of the company is 5,50,68,312 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each amounting to Rs. 27,53,41,560/- from existing 2,75,34,156 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each amounting to Rs. 13,76,70,780/-.
