Search conducted in Exxaro Tiles Ltd office relating to the ONGC GAS Supply Agreement-Ankleshwar Field

The official of the CBI, ACB, Gandhinagar Department conducted search at the Company's Registered Office at Talod, Corporate Office at Ahmedabad, one Display center at Ahmedabad, and residence of Mr. Mukeshkumar B. Patel, Managing Director of the Company on 17th December 2022 in context of searching for documents in relation to Gas Supply agreement executed between the Company and ONGC in the year of 2014.

Further, we inform that during the search operations all concerned employees / staff of the Company extended their full co-operation to the CBI Officials and provided all the required information / documents. During the search operation, company employees presented Agreement copy and other relevant documents as required.

There was no seizure of any articles or documents except Agreement copy and relevant documents during the search operation. The search operation concluded on 17th December 2022.
