A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 19th December, 2022, to consider and approve the scheme of amalgamation / merger of Virtual World Spatial Technologies Private Limited (VWSTPL) a wholly owned subsidiary, ('Transferor Company'), with Genesys International Corporation Limited (GICL) ('Transferee Company').
