ITC Limited acquires CCPS of Delectable

ITC Limited has acquired on 6th December, 2022, in the fourth tranche, 1,967 Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares of Rs. 10/- each of Delectable.

With the aforesaid acquisition, the Company's shareholding in Delectable aggregates 33.42% of its share capital on a fully diluted basis.

Shares of ITC Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 337.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 336.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 149286 in over 3380 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 338.25 and intraday low of 334.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 50294018.00.
