ICRA appoints Shubham Jain as Head of Group Strategy and Business Transformation

ICRA Limited has appointed Mr. Shubham Jain as the Head of Group Strategy and Business Transformation to drive growth and operating efficiencies for the company and its subsidiaries. Mr. Jain will be responsible for scaling up the company's revenue streams through new business initiatives and implementing business transformation strategies to enhance efficiencies in its operations.

This is Mr. Jain's second stint at ICRA. Earlier, he had joined ICRA in 2006 as an Analyst in Delhi and left as Senior Vice President and Group Head - Corporate Sector Ratings in September 2021 to join Yubi (formerly CredAvenue). Mr. Jain is an Electrical Engineer from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh, and holds an MBA degree from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon.

Shares of ICRA Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 4399.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 4376.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 156 in over 104 trades.
