JSW Dulux Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 50

The board of directors of JSW Dulux Ltd has recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 50/- (Rupees Fifty only) per equity share for the Financial Year 2025-26. The said Dividend, if declared by the shareholders at the ensuing 72nd Annual General Meeting, will be paid on or before 8th August 2026.

The record date for the purpose of determining the members eligible to receive the dividend for the financial year ended 31st March 2026, has been fixed as Friday, 3rd July 2026.

Shares of JSW Dulux Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2978.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2915.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1457 in over 139 trades.
