SKF India Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 40

The board of directors of SKF India Limited has recommended final dividend of Rs. 40/- per equity share for the financial year ended 31st March 2026, subject to approval of the shareholder at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company.

The record date for reckoning the list of shareholders entitled to receive the final dividend shall be Friday, 03rd July 2026.

Shares of SKF India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1693.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1669.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1854 in over 217 trades.
