Jyoti Structures Ltd JV bags new order in Sri Lanka

Jyoti Structures Limited has entered into a Contract Agreement with National Transmission Network Service Provider (Private) Limited, in a joint venture with Fentons, for execution of Mullikulam Wind Power Transmission Project (MWPTP).

The order value is Rs. 67.96 Crores (based on an exchange rate of 1 USD = Rs. 95.14 and 1 LKR = Rs. 0.29).

The order involves Lot B: Construction of 28km long, 220kV double circuit transmission line from Mannar GS to Mullikulam Collector Grid Substation Con. Ref. Nos. CEB/AGM/PR/2025/OCB MWPTP-B.

Shares of JYOTI STRUCTURES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 12.89 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 12.38. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1080160 in over 1224 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 13.02 and intraday low of 12.22. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 13649519.00.
