GRP Ltd sells assets of Perundurai Plant

GRP Limited had earlier announced temporary suspension of Perundurai plant of the Company, the company has now assigned the leasehold rights in the land and sold the building, other superstructure and machineries located at Plot No. E-24 to E -26 & S-5 to S-7, SIPCOT Industrial Growth Centre, Perundurai - 638 052, District - Erode, Tamil Nadu for Rs.10,32,19,000 (Rs. Ten Crores Thirty Two Lakhs Nineteen Thousand Only) to Arjuna Natural Private Limited.

Sale deed for sale of building, other superstructure and machineries has been executed and registered on 01/12/2022 with Arjuna Natural Private Limited.

Shares of GRP Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1915.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1903.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 668 in over 119 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1952.00 and intraday low of 1908.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1298465.00.
