Alufluoride Limited forms subsidiary in Jordan

Alufluoride Limited has incorporated a step-down subsidiary in the name "Jordanian Renewable Aluminium Fluoride Manufacturing Company PSC" in Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan on 3rd November 2022.

The Issued and Subscribed Share Capital - One Hundred Thousand (100,000) Jordanian Dinars divided into One Hundred Thousand (100,000) shares, each of which shall have a par value of One (1) Jordanian Dinar.

Out of which Alufluoride International Pte. Ltd., Singapore (wholly owned subsidiaty of file Company) has subscribed to 67,000 shares (67%). The balance 33% share capital is subscribed by:

Jordan Phosphate Mines Company PLC - 10,000 shares (10%)
Indo-Jordan Chemicals LLC - 23,000 shares (23%).

The company will manufacture inorganic chemicals, other chemical products and other chemical raw materials.

The objective is to expand the business operations, the step-down subsidiary was incorporated. The principal business activities of the step-down subsidiary would be as above, which are in line with the Company.

Shares of ALUFLUORIDE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 321.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 313.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 16912 in over 335 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 327.55 and intraday low of 305.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5334335.00.
