Route Mobile Ltd Board approves interim dividend of Rs. 3

The board of directors of Route Mobile Ltd has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 3/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each of the Company.

November 2, 2022 has been fixed as record date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of the shareholders for payment of Interim Dividend)

The Interim Dividend approved by the Board of Directors at its Meeting held on Friday, October 21, 2022, will be paid to the Members on or before Saturday, November 19, 2022.
