HIL Ltd completes acquisition of Fastbuild Blocks Pvt Ltd

HIL Ltd had earlier announced the acquisition of the entire business undertaking of Fastbuild Blocks Private Limited. As per the Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) executed on July 29, 2022 the Company has paid agreed full consideration of INR 37.00 Crore on satisfaction of pre-closing conditions and received possession of business undertaking together with all the licenses, permits, consents and approvals, and all related assets situated at Fastbuild Blocks Private Limited's manufacturing facility located in district Cuttack, Mouza Harianta, Orissa, India.

Shares of HIL Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2818.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2816.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 808 in over 297 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2834.00 and intraday low of 2790.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2272751.00.
