Vinati Organics makes further investment in Veeral Organics Pvt Ltd

Vinati Organics Limited ("the Company") has subscribed to the additional 22,50,000 fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each at par amounting to Rs. 2,25,00,000/- (Rupees Two Crores Twenty Five Lakhs only), by way of subscription towards the rights issue of Veeral Organics Pvt. Ltd., the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, rank pari passu to its existing Equity shares.
