The Board of Directors of Pacific Industries Ltd have executed Lease Deed with Rockstone Developers Private Limited (CIN U45201RJ2012PTC039578), having its registered office at 308, Vardhman Complex Bhupalpura Udaipur - 313001 Rajasthan, (hereinafter referred to as the "Lessee") to lease out a part of the Factory Shed along with part of the installed plant and machinery of the Company Situated at Village-Bedla, Udaipur-313001 (Raj.) admeasuring 5909.085 Square Meter to the Lessee the purpose of undertaking permissible industrial activities.
