Aksh Optifibre Converts Debentures into Equity Shares

Aksh Optifibre Ltd has announced that the Company has converted 10,000 debentures issued @ Rs 2500/- per debenture, into 406,768 equity shares of Rs 5/- each, @ Rs 61.46/- per equity share, issued to HT Media Ltd.
