Spandana Sphoorty Financial Ltd approves issue of 230 NCDs

The Management Committee of the Board of Directors of Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited at its meeting held on Tuesday, July 26, 2022 has considered and approved the issuance of 230 (Two hundred and thirty) Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Transferable, Non-convertible Debentures of face value of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees ten lakh only) each, aggregating up to Rs. 23,00,00,000/- (Rupees twentythree crore only), on private placement basis.

Shares of Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 411.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 429.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 24362 in over 1474 trades.
