Saboo Sodium to consider conversion of warrants on Jun 21, 2008

Saboo Sodium Chloro Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 21, 2008, to discuss the conversion of preferential warrants in to equity shares and other general issues for the current financial year.

The Board will also consider the business as per the agenda of the meeting which inter alia includes adoption of the audited account for the year ended as on March 31, 2008 and to finalize the proceedings of the forthcoming 15th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
