GSFC recommends dividend of Rs. 2.50

The Board of Directors of Gujarat State Fertilizers and Chemicals Ltd at its meeting held on 26.05.2022, has recommended a Dividend of Rs.2.50 per equity share of Rs.2/-each fully paid up (i.e.125%) for the year ended 31.03.2022,subject to approval of shareholders at ensuing AGM. Upon approval of shareholders, the dividend declared will be paid within 30 days of declaration. The date of AGM, Book Closure Date & Dividend Payment Date will be announced in due course.
