HPL Electric & Power Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.15

The Board of Directors of HPL Electric & Power Limited in its meeting held on 26th May, 2022 has recommended final dividend of Rs. 0.15 (1.5%) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended 31st March, 2022, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
