Acrysil Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.20

The Board of Directors of Acrysil Ltd at their meeting held on May 17, 2022 recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 1.20/- per equity share of the face value of Rs.2/- each i.e. 60% together with the interim dividend of 60% declared on February 2, 2022, the total dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2022 is Rs. 2.40/- per equity share of the face value of Rs.2/- each i.e. 120%. (Previous Year: 100% of face value of Rs.2/- each). Payment of final dividend is subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The dividend will be dispatched / paid within 30 days of its approval by the shareholders at the ensuing AGM.

Shares of Acrysil Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 687.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 666.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 17845 in over 1720 trades.
