For the quarter ended June 30, 2026, ITC Limited recorded consolidated gross revenue from the sale of products and services of ₹29,409.82 crore, up significantly from ₹23,007.49 crore reported in the corresponding three months ended June 30, 2025. Tax Expenses: Consolidated tax expense for Q1 FY27 totaled ₹1,352.06 crore, comprising current tax of ₹1,358.35 crore and deferred tax credit of ₹6.29 crore.
Profit for the Period: Consolidated net profit for Q1 FY27 registered at ₹4,508.79 crore. Profit attributable to owners of the parent stood at ₹4,394.13 crore, while non-controlling interests accounted for ₹114.66 crore.
Total Comprehensive Income: Stood at ₹4,874.50 crore after including other comprehensive income of ₹365.71 crore.
Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic and diluted consolidated EPS for the quarter was ₹3.51 per share of face value ₹1/- each (un-annualized).

1. Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)
FMCG - Cigarettes: Gross segment revenue surged to ₹16,596.67 crore in Q1 FY27 compared to ₹9,553.86 crore in Q1 FY26. Segment results were recorded at ₹3,769.11 crore.
FMCG - Others: Gross segment revenue grew to ₹6,687.90 crore from ₹5,800.44 crore in the corresponding prior-year period. Segment results improved to ₹484.97 crore compared to ₹399.03 crore in Q1 FY26.
Total FMCG Segment Revenue: Reached ₹23,284.57 crore with combined segment results of ₹4,254.08 crore.
2. Agri Business
Segment Revenue: Posted revenue of ₹8,137.81 crore for Q1 FY27 compared to ₹9,723.84 crore in Q1 FY26 and ₹3,166.65 crore in Q4 FY26.
Segment Results: Registered at ₹359.54 crore for the quarter.
3. Paperboards, Paper & Packaging
Segment Revenue: Rose to ₹2,310.27 crore from ₹2,116.62 crore in Q1 FY26.
