Intellect Design Arena Reports Steady Growth for Q1 FY27

Enterprise financial technology leader Intellect Design Arena Limited has released its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company posted double-digit revenue growth on a consolidated basis, alongside steady profitability expansion across its core operations.

Consolidated Financial Performance

On a consolidated level, Intellect Design Arena generated a 20.45% year-over-year expansion in revenue from operations, reaching Rs. 8,451.69 million for Q1 FY27, up from Rs. 7,016.89 million recorded in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year (Q1 FY26). Total consolidated income grew to Rs. 8,732.38 million, compared to Rs. 7,343.71 million in Q1 FY26.

Consolidated operational expenditure for the quarter totaled Rs. 7,378.05 million (up from Rs. 6,078.76 million in Q1 FY26), primarily driven by employee benefits expense of Rs. 5,167.06 million, depreciation and amortization of Rs. 575.95 million, and other operating expenses of Rs. 1,622.67 million.

Profit Before Tax (PBT): Rose 7.92% year-over-year to Rs. 1,351.58 million, compared to Rs. 1,252.38 million in Q1 FY26.

Total Tax Expenses: Came in at Rs. 333.36 million (comprising current tax of Rs. 313.61 million and deferred tax of Rs. 19.75 million).

Net Profit After Tax: Climbed 8.68% year-over-year to Rs. 1,018.22 million, up from Rs. 936.94 million in the corresponding quarter last year.

Profit Attributable to Owners: Reached Rs. 1,020.72 million, translating to a Basic EPS of Rs. 7.34 and a Diluted EPS of Rs. 7.19 (face value Rs. 5 per share).

Total Comprehensive Income: Stood at Rs. 1,035.97 million after factoring in other comprehensive income items.

Standalone Financial Results

On a standalone basis, Intellect Design Arena reported revenue from operations of Rs. 4,539.57 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, marking a 20.29% growth compared to Rs. 3,773.86 million in Q1 FY26. Total standalone income reached Rs. 4,739.79 million.
