REC Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 4.80

The Board of Directors of REC Ltd also has recommended the payment of Final Dividend of Rs. 4.80 (Rupee Four Rupees and eighty paisa only) per share on the face value of Rs. 10/- each for the Financial Year 2021-22, subject to approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. This is in addition to the Interim Dividends of Rs. 10.50 per equity share already declared and paid during the year in three tranches, thereby making total dividend for the Financial Year 2021-22 to Rs. 15.30 per share, on the face value of Rs. 10 each. The Final Dividend for the financial year 2021-22 of Rs. 4.80 per share, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM), will be paid to the shareholders within 30 days from the date of AGM.

Shares of REC Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 114.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 115.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 168998 in over 2311 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 118.15 and intraday low of 113.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 19607014.00.
