NACL Industries Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 0.15

The Board of Directors of NACL Industries Ltd at their meeting held on May 12, 2022 have recommended Final Dividend of Re.0.15 per Equity Share (representing 15%) of Re.1 each for the financial year 2021-22. The dividend, if approved at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, will be paid to the shareholders within 30 days from the date of Annual General Meeting.
