Atishay Ltd receives Order valued ₹11.16 Crore

Atishay Ltd has been awarded Work Order by the Government of West Bengal, Department of Health and Family Welfare Swasthya Bhavan, Salt Lake City, Kolkata under Ayushman Bharat-Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB PM-JAY).

The work order pertains to the printing and delivery of AB PM-JAY Cards and AB Vay Vandana Cards for the following eight (8) districts in the State of West Bengal are as:
1. Bankura
2. Birbhum
3. Jalpaiguri
4. Kalimpong
5. Murshidabad
6. Nadia
7. Purba Bardhaman
8. Uttar Dinajpur

The total quantity covered under the Work Order is 2,25,74,669 cards.

The total contract value is ₹11,16,13,678/- (Rupees Eleven Crore Sixteen Lakh Thirteen Thousand Six Hundred SeventyEight Only), inclusive of GST, with a stipulated completion period of nine (9) months from the date of issuance of the Work Order.

As per the terms of the Work Order, the printed cards are required to be delivered to designated Block/Municipal officials or such other officials as may be authorized by the respective District Magistrates and the Kolkata Municipal Commissioner, in accordance with the operational guidelines prescribed by the National Health Authority (NHA). All other terms and conditions shall be governed by the Company's existing contract with the National Health Authority.

The Company further wishes to inform that it has also been entrusted with similar assignments for printing and supply of Ayushman Cards in various other States, including Odisha, Haryana, Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh, Goa and Maharashtra. The continued confidence reposed by Government authorities across multiple States reflects the Company's strong execution capabilities, operational excellence, and established presence in the public welfare and e-Governance ecosystem.

This order strengthens the Company's order book, enhances revenue visibility, and reinforces its position as a trusted implementation partner for large-scale Government welfare initiatives. Shares of Atishay Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 203.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 205.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2297 in over 43 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 214.95 and intraday low of 202.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 473530.00.
