Windsor Machines Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Windsor Machines Ltd at their meeting held on Tuesday, May 10, 2022, approved the recommendation of a final dividend of Rs.1 per equity share (50% of the face value) for the Financial Year 21-22, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the 59th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
