Shreeji Translogistics Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Shreeji Translogistics Limited has, at its meeting held today i.e. on Tuesday, l0th May, 2022, has recommended a final dividend at the rate of 10% (i.e. Re. 1/- per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2022, which is in addition to the Interim Dividend of Re. 1/- per Equity Share paid in July 2021.

Shares of Shreeji Translogistics Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 234.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 221.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8604 in over 87 trades.
