Fire accident at Registered Office of Mishtann Foods Ltd

A major fire broke out at the Registered office of Mishtann Foods Ltd situated at C-808, Ganesh Meridian, Opp. Gujarat High Court, S.G. Highway, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380060 on 6th May 2022 late night.

There has been no loss or injury to human life. But as per the pictures available to the company it is estimating the loss of all the office properties, equipments, systems, documents, and internal records since the inception of the Company. Still, the Company is in the process of ascertaining the actual loss caysed by the fire. The Company has filed a Complaint Application to Sola Police station for the said fire accident vide complaint application no. 192/2022.

The unfortunate event has not affected the routine operations of the Company in any manner. The manufacturing facility is functional, and all other functions of the Company are normal. The staff at the Registered office is being moved to a temporary facility and the Company's operations remain unaffected.

Shares of Mishtann Foods Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 23.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 23.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 869108 in over 3243 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 24.60 and intraday low of 22.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 19911823.00.
