ZEN Technologies Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 0.10

The Board of directors of ZEN Technologies Ltd at its meeting held today, i.e. Saturday, 7th May 2022 has approved the recommendation of dividend at 10% i.e. Re. 0.10/- per equity share of Face Value of Re. 1/- each for the financial year ended 31st March 2022, which shall be paid within 30 days from the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting subject to the approval of the shareholders of the company.
