The Indian Card Clothing Company Limited declares special interim dividend of Rs. 25

The Board of Directors of The Indian Card Clothing Company Limited in its meeting held today, have declared Special Interim Dividend of Rs. 25/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each to be paid as Special Interim Dividend for the financial year 2021-22.

The board also fixed May 13, 2022 as the Cut-off Date ("Record Date") for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend for the financial year 2021-22.
