NGL Fine-Chem recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.75

The Board of Directors of NGL Fine-Chem Limited at its meeting held on Monday, 2nd May, 2022 has approved the recommendation of final Dividend of Rs. 1.75/- per fully paid up equity share of Rs.5/- each for the financial year ended on 31st March, 2022.

The Record date for the purpose of the Annual General Meeting and payment of final dividend is Thursday, 23rd June, 2022. The dividend, if declared at the AGM, will be paid on or after Friday 11th July, 2022.
