Fire at Kriti Industries India Ltd's stock yard

A fire had engulfed at the Stock Yard of Kriti Industries India Ltd's Pithampur Plant, Dhar dist., (M.P.) on 28th April, 2022 morning.

Due to the robust safety measures adopted by the Company, there were no casualties and the fire was restricted to Stock yard area only and the stocks of the company are adequately insured. Whilst the loss is being assessed, the fire 'was extinguished with help of in-house arrangements and Fire Brigade and the situation was brought under control immediately.

Other routine operations including production at plant have been resumed.

Shares of KRITI INDUSTRIES (INDIA) LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 111.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 113.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3737 in over 120 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 115.00 and intraday low of 111.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 418090.00.
