Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd at its meeting held today, April 27, 2022, has Recommended dividend of Rs.2 (i.e., 20%) per share on the equity shares of Rs.10 each for the financial year ended on March 31, 2022. The dividend on Equity Shares, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting('AGM'), will be credited/ dispatched within five working days from the date of AGM.
