Bhansali Engineering Polymers recommends final dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Bhansali Engineering Polymers Limited at its meeting held today, has recommended a Final dividend of Re. 1 (100 %) per Equity Share (of face value of Re. 1 each) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2022, which is subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company in the ensuing 38th Annual General Meeting and also subject to deduction of tax at source.

The board has fixed, Wednesday, 22nd June, 2022 as the Record date for determining entitlement of shareholders to receive the dividend for the financial year ended 31st March, 2022. The Dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing 38th AGM, will be paid on or before 28th July, 2022.

Shares of Bhansali Engineering Polymers Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 136.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 138.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 81480 in over 1555 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 140.40 and intraday low of 135.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 11223806.00.
