Anand Rathi Wealth Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 6 for FY22

The Board of Directors, at its meeting held today, have approved and recommended the Final Dividend of 120% (i.e. Rs. 6 per equity share) for the financial year 2021-22.

The dividend, if approved by the members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be paid within 30 days from date of AGM.

Shares of Anand Rathi Wealth Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 611.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 611.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 14543 in over 968 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 621.00 and intraday low of 610.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 8953274.00.
