CL Educate Limited has entered into an 'agreement to sell' of its Greater Noida Campus situated at '15A, Knowledge Park-II, Gautam Budh Nagar, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh - 201310' ('Noida Land'), admeasuring approximately 20,007 sq. mtr., at a total consideration of Rs.48 Crores.

Buyer's name is 'Shri Jagannath Prasad Ganeshi Lal Bazaz Charitable Trust Samiti'. Registered Office: 200/1 Raman Rati, Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh.
