Rajasthan Cylinders and Containers Limited ("RCCL") has transferred its entire holding of 5316500 (Fifty Three Lakh Sixteen Thousand Five Hundred) equity shares having Face Value of Rs. 10/-constituting 34.89 % shareholding in M/s Agribiotech Industries Limited (an associate company) held as investment at Current Valuation Price ascertained by the Registered Valuer ie. Rs. 29.95 per share consequent to which M/s Agribiotech Industries Limited has ceased to be an associate company of M/s Rajasthan Cylinders and Containers Limited w.e.f. 31st March, 2022.
