Tree House Education sells land in Jhunjhunu, settle loan with ICICI Bank

Tree House Education & Accessories Ltd. has entered into a "Registered Sale Deed" for its property, situated at Village Desusar, Tehsil Jhunjhunu, District Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan - 333023 for a total consideration of Rs.11,00,00,000/-(Rupees Eleven Crores Only) to M/s. Edu Realty Andheri East School LLP.

The proceeds of the sale will be utilized against the loan settlement of the ICICI bank.

Shares of Tree House Education & Accessories Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 7.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 8.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7959 in over 34 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 8.30 and intraday low of 7.89. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 64113.00.
